One Point of Contact
Every DARAB project is run through a single Project Lead and Site Project Manager — the point of contact who coordinates architectural and engineering design, the main contractor, cost management, civil works, and engineering trades on the client's behalf.
We describe ourselves as a mid-size platform by design: large, over-crowded project teams can push personal attention and value addition to second place. A single point of contact keeps client requirements central throughout delivery.
